March 5th, 2010

As seen by my lovely co-admin on our Livejournal community, the teaser trailer is going to be up on April 30th, in the Nightmare on Elm Street previews when you go to the theater! Exciting.

Sorry for the down time last night, I Twittered it as well as Facebooked it. A new layout is in the works (that’s more user friendly), stay tuned!

Turns out there was no down time, it was my computer full of viruses, I apologize folks.

Site/Plug: Horror Forum of the week. FrightSite.

March 2nd, 2010

I just wanted to introduce you guys to a great little horror forum that’s hosted on Proboards.com. Now first, before you go ‘ugh proboards’ or any of that non sense, please look at the forum. It needs more members and it’s a great little hideaway. Which is why it’s the official Horror Forum of the Month here on REW.

I’m really sorry if the layout doesn’t work for a select few people for Resident Evil Web, I’m still working on it. As pretty as it is, it actually needs to function. Also, there’s a new section to our site that is being added as we speak. The HORROR forum and site of the week. Will it be you?

Worked hard on it, but here it is! Check back soon for more content, I’m working on the rest of the layout and some more content so don’t be shy!

Press/News/ Shawn Roberts talks the role of Wesker.

January 28th, 2010

ShockTillYouDrop recently interviewed actor Shawn Roberts about his role of Albert Wesker. He said that Resident Evil 5 might play a part in the movie with the Uroboros virus. An excerpt below.

“I play Albert Wesker who is head of the Umbrella Corporation who is responsible for the outbreak of the T-virus, or the Uroboros virus,” he told us, hinting that this entry may be extracting elements from Resident Evil 5. “It was nice to be in a position of sitting back playing with my puppets as they were. We finished in December and I guess right now it’s just about making sure the technology gets into the screen so 3-D can happen.”

Also Resident Evil: Extinction is slated for a September 2010 release.
